Title

A 'coffee connoisseur' doesn't always drink his/her coffee black, without sugar or cream, these are strictly according to personal taste. However, to truly appreciate the attributes of finely brewed coffee - especially to savor the freshly roasted quality of it- sip it slowly plain and black and enjoy the body, aroma and complexity of your favourite brew!

Our roasting machine is automatic, however the roasting process is overseen personally because the different varieties of the coffee beans we offer require different temperatures and times due to the hardness of the bean, the moisture content, the age of the crop, the altitude at which cultivated and the region that they come from.
